Use the Units and Items menus to unequip a hero, feed them food items or duplicate units, and return them to your active team.

How to feed a hero from your inventory
A hero on your active team must be unequipped before you can feed them.
- Open Units and remove the hero from your active team.
- Open Items in the Tree Fort and select Feed Hero.
- Choose the hero, then confirm the food items or duplicate units you want to feed them.
- Return to Units and re-equip the hero to your team.
